It is with great sadness I have to report to you the death of Tony Marsh.

Tony was one of the most regular members to be seen at the Club, a member if you will of the “Lunch time set” that meet for lunch and have a chat almost every day of the week. Tony could also be relied on to come to all dinners and do’s that were held at the club in the evenings and at weekends.

Tony’s passion was photographing aviation in all of forms and has an amazing collection of photos from the present day to the times he was a young man.

Known for his strong views on all things Aero Club, Tony contributed ideas and suggestions, many that have been gently interwoven into the fabric of the club over the years.

He will be sadly missed by all of his friends here at Leicestershire Aero Club.
