Noise Abatement

Leicester Airport is in a rural area, but we have good neighbours in surrounding villages. We are committed to keeping noise to a minimum. On departure and arrival, please avoid overflying Houghton-on-the-Hill, Little Stretton, Stoughton, Oadby, Evington and Great Glen below 1500ft AGL where possible to reduce noise.

These locations are marked on the map below.  Over flying these locations is not forbidden but we encourage good airmanship, safe flying and consideration for out neighbours.
